The K2 Men's Almanac Snowboard 2025 redefines versatility on the mountain with its advanced Volume Shift™ design, ideal for resort riding and exceptional in turning performance. Engineered to be a daily driver, it combines camber underfoot with raised contact points for a dynamic ride that transitions smoothly edge-to-edge. The Almanac features a sintered 4000 base for superior speed, a BAP core of bamboo, aspen, and poplar for responsive pop, and a Carbon Backbone™ for added snap in every Ollie. With additional binding inserts for enhanced floatation and HYBRITECH™ construction for reduced weight and increased durability, this snowboard is built to handle a wide range of conditions and terrain.
- Volume Shift™: We reduce swing weight and toe/heel drag by shifting surface area from the tip and tail to the waist of the snowboard. Downsize from 4-10 cm from your usual snowboard length.
- Sintered 4000 Base: Hard, fast, and durable, K2's Sintered Base material holds wax better than extruded materials increasing speed and glide.
- BAP Core: A tri-blend wood core harnesses the rebound, strength, and feel of sustainably harvested Bamboo, Aspen, and Paulownia timber species.
- Biax Glass: A fiberglass weave intersecting at 90º angles provides the proper torsional flexibility and strength.
- Carbon Backbone™: A pre-cambered carbon inlay centered between the inserts specifically designed to add snap and pop to every ollie and takeoff.
- HYBRITECH™ CONSTRUCTION: Backed by years of rigorous testing, Hybritech is the most eco-friendly, lightest, and most durable snowboard construction on the market. Removing all excess plastic material in the tip and tail and adding a 3D capped edge to increase the bond strength of the fiberglass, decreasing the swing weight of the board, and reducing thousands of pounds of plastic needed during the manufacturing process is what makes Hybritech so revolutionary.
