The FIN System Limiter is an insert for FIN System Surf Adapters and DREAM Surf Trucks. It limits the rotation of the primary pivot to just 30° range of motion (normally 70°). This is an ideal range of motion for completes with very large wheels. Beginner riders might also see benefits from this limiter, although it is not necessary.
In high speed electric skateboard applications, riders rarely exceed the need for 20° range of motion in their Surf Adapter due to larger arcing turns over a greater distance at higher speeds than on an unpowered surfskate.
